Where legally required notice periods apply to abandoned belongings, we can advise on the process, though the legal responsibility for compliance remains with the landlord or agent.
On the day, we clear the property fully — furniture, rubbish, abandoned items — and can arrange a basic clean afterward if needed. Photographic records of the property's condition are available on request.
